Legas.ai is a GDPR compliance document generation platform. By creating an account and using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Legas.ai provides AI-assisted generation of GDPR compliance documents including Privacy Policies, Cookie Policies, Data Processing Agreements, Records of Processing Activities, Data Breach Response Plans, and related compliance materials.

Our documents are generated based on the information you provide and are intended as a starting point for your compliance programme. They are not a substitute for legal advice.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the organisation on whose behalf you are using the platform.

Our pricing is as follows:

• Single document: €19 one-time payment — permanent access to one document
• All 5 documents: €79 one-time payment — permanent access to all 5 core documents
• Subscription: €49/month — unlimited access and regenerations, cancel any time

One-time payments are non-refundable once a document has been generated. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. If you experience a technical issue preventing document generation, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

You agree to use Legas.ai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information when generating documents
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures
• Resell or redistribute documents generated on behalf of third parties without authorisation
• Use our platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI prompts or system

You retain ownership of the business information you provide and the documents generated using your information. By providing information to generate documents, you grant us a limited licence to process that information for the purpose of generating your documents.

We do not use your business information to train our AI models.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Legas.ai does not provide legal advice. Documents generated are AI-assisted tools, not legal opinions.
• We are not liable for any regulatory penalties, fines, or legal consequences arising from the use of documents generated on our platform.
• We are not liable for documents generated from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Legas.ai platform, including its design, software, AI prompts, and branding, is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at contact@legas.ai. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of Legas.ai after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which Legas.ai is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
