III. Description of the Service

Legas.ai generates personalised GDPR compliance documents using an artificial intelligence system (Anthropic Claude API). Users complete an intake questionnaire about their business, and the platform generates a document tailored to their answers.

The following documents are available for generation:
  • Privacy Policy
  • Cookie Policy
  • Employee Privacy Notice
  • Data Processing Agreement
  • Records of Processing Activities
  • Data Breach Response Plan
  • DSAR Procedure
  • DPIA Template

All registered users also have access to a free GDPR & Cybersecurity Recommendations Report, generated using the same intake questionnaire.

Additional platform features include:
  • Storage of generated documents within the user's account, with version history.
  • Pre-filling of future intake questionnaires from the user's saved business profile.
  • Annual document expiry reminders by email, sent 12 months after each document is generated.
  • Access to previous document versions for comparison.

IV. AI-Generated Documents — Disclaimer

All documents generated on Legas.ai are produced by an artificial intelligence system. Users must read and understand the following before using the platform.

The accuracy of any generated document depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information the user provides. The AI cannot verify facts, check company registration details, or confirm that the user's description of their data processing activities is correct. A document generated from inaccurate input will be inaccurate.

Generated documents are not legal advice. They are a starting point for compliance, not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer. "Zika Group" Ltd strongly recommends that every generated document is reviewed by a qualified legal professional before it is published or used, particularly for organisations that process large volumes of personal data, special category data, or data across multiple jurisdictions.

"Zika Group" Ltd does not warrant that any generated document is legally complete, accurate, or fit for any specific purpose. The platform does not create a lawyer-client relationship between the user and "Zika Group" Ltd.

The Legas.ai platform is classified as a limited risk AI system under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act). Further information about the AI system used on the platform is available in the AI Usage Policy at legas.ai/ai-policy.

V. Account Registration and Security

To access the document generation service, users must create an account by providing their full name, email address, and a password.

Users are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate and complete registration information.
  • Keeping their login credentials confidential.
  • All activity that takes place under their account.
  • Notifying "Zika Group" Ltd immediately at contact@legas.ai if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

"Zika Group" Ltd will not ask for a user's password by email or telephone.

"Zika Group" Ltd may suspend or close an account where there is evidence of misuse, breach of these Terms, provision of false registration information, or where required by law.

VI. Pricing, Payment, and Plans

VI.I Available Plans
Legas.ai offers three paid options and one free tier:
  • Single Document (one-time payment): generation of one selected document type. No regenerations are included. Annual Document expiry reminder included.
  • Complete Package (one-time payment): generation of all 8 document types. 3 regenerations per document type included. Annual Document expiry reminders included.
  • Unlimited Subscription (monthly recurring payment): generation and unlimited regenerations of all 8 document types. Regulatory update alerts. Version history. Annual Document expiry reminders.
  • Free GDPR & Cybersecurity Recommendations Report: available to all registered users at no charge, unlimited regenerations.
VI.II Regeneration Policy
A regeneration is any subsequent generation of a document type that the user has already generated. The first generation of each document type is always included in the purchase. Further generations of the same document type are subject to the following limits:
  • Single Document purchase: no regenerations. Once generated, the document may not be regenerated under the same purchase.
  • Complete Package purchase: 3 regenerations per document type. After 3 regenerations of a given document type, the user can upgrade the plan or buy a one-time document package again to generate again.
  • Subscription: unlimited regenerations on all 8 document types for the duration of the active subscription.

Where a user has reached their regeneration limit, the generate button is disabled and an upgrade prompt is displayed. Users can upgrade the plan or buy a one-time document package again at any time from the subscribe page.
VI.III Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (USA) using Stripe Checkout, Stripe Billing, and Stripe Tax. By making a payment, the user agrees to Stripe's Terms of Service, available at stripe.com/legal.

"Zika Group" Ltd does not store payment card details. Card numbers, CVV codes, and expiry dates are handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

Before completing a purchase, users must confirm three things by ticking the corresponding checkboxes:
  • That they agree to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal (see Section VII).
  • That they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  • That they have read the Privacy Policy.

The payment button is disabled until all three checkboxes are ticked. The timestamp of consent is recorded alongside the purchase record.
VI.IV VAT and Taxation
Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied to all purchases in accordance with Bulgarian VAT law (ЗДДС) and EU VAT rules for digital services. The applicable treatment depends on the customer's location and business status:
  • Customers in Bulgaria: 20% Bulgarian VAT is charged on all purchases.
  • Business customers in other EU member states who provide a valid VAT identification number at checkout: 0% VAT. The reverse charge mechanism applies. The customer accounts for VAT in their own jurisdiction. VAT numbers are verified against the EU VIES system at the time of purchase. Where a VAT number cannot be verified, Bulgarian VAT is applied.
  • Consumer customers in other EU member states (no VAT number provided): VAT is charged at the rate applicable in the customer's country of residence, pursuant to Directive 2006/112/EC. Where total EU B2C revenue from digital services exceeds €10,000 per calendar year, "Zika Group" Ltd declares and remits VAT through the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) scheme.
  • Customers outside the European Union: 0% VAT. The supply is outside the scope of Bulgarian VAT pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 2 of the Bulgarian Value Added Tax Act (ЗДДС).

VAT is calculated automatically at checkout by Stripe Tax based on the customer's billing address and VAT identification number. The VAT treatment is shown on the checkout page before payment is confirmed.
VI.V Invoices and Billing
An electronic invoice is generated automatically after each successful payment. Invoices are available in the Stripe platform, which can be reached through the user's account dashboard, in the billing section. For queries about invoices, corrections, or requests for additional documentation, contact contact@legas.ai.

Subscription billing renews monthly on the day of the original subscription date. The user will be charged the applicable fee automatically using the payment method on file with Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the account settings.

VII. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal from contracts for digital services, starting from the date of purchase.

However, Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU provides that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and their acknowledgement that they lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins.

Before initiating a document generation, the user must tick a checkbox confirming that they consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that they lose the 14-day right of withdrawal at the moment of generation. The timestamp of this confirmation is stored alongside the document record.

Once a document has been generated, "Zika Group" Ltd does not issue refunds. The AI generation process consumes computational resources at the moment of generation, and the resulting document is delivered to the user immediately.

Where a purchase has been made but no document has yet been generated, a refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase by contacting contact@legas.ai. Refund requests in this circumstance are assessed individually.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Bulgarian or EU consumer protection law.

VIII. Intellectual Property

"Zika Group" Ltd owns all intellectual property rights in the Legas.ai platform, including the source code, design, system prompts, branding, and all platform-generated content other than user-submitted data.

X. Platform Availability

"Zika Group" Ltd takes reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond the control of "Zika Group" Ltd.

"Zika Group" Ltd will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance that may affect availability.

XI. Limitation of Liability

"Zika Group" Ltd provides the Legas.ai platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
  • "Zika Group" Ltd does not warrant that the platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
  • "Zika Group" Ltd does not warrant that AI-generated documents are legally complete, accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose.

  • "Zika Group" Ltd is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit or business, arising from use of the platform.
  • The total liability of "Zika Group" Ltd to any user in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Bulgarian or EU law.

XII. Suspension and Termination

"Zika Group" Ltd may suspend or terminate a user's account and access to the platform in the following circumstances:
  • Breach of these Terms.
  • Provision of false or misleading registration information.
